Orihara Izaya from DRRR. 

Dedicated to my friend Lemres-chan from MAL :squee: :squee: 
 
Actually this was one of the hardest to create, as Izaya is one of a kind, i had three failed samples and finally i decided on this. I used a grunge brush, but it was kinda small, so i had to stick with this.
